Dear friends, the classes are suspended until further notice.

I am sure we all understand why.

I will offer ideas, updates and training tips on our Telegram channel, and will also post things on Instagram to keep you amused.

The seas are rough. Reef your sails, button down the hatches, and pay attention to whats important- and that’s keeping the ship afloat. Performance of financial markets, and number of toilet rolls in your house is not. Look after your crew, and yourselves. And remember – the law of the sea demands you provide assistance to others in greater trouble than you – if you can.

Stay healthy, stay sane and safe, think for yourself.
